A.B.S. Factoring AG: from a start-up to a market leader

A.B.S. Factoring AG was established in 2003 as the spin-off of a cantonal bank with just three employees. Within 15 years, it has evolved into a market leader for full-service factoring in Switzerland. In the meantime, A.B.S. Factoring AG employs around 15 staff members at its headquarters in Pfäffikon SZ. Thanks to the international network of our parent company A.B.S. Global Factoring AG and extensive experience in the financing of SME, A.B.S. Factoring AG is able to offer fast, flexible and customer-focused financing solutions. In this way the company successfully competes against the big factoring players on the market.

Key figures for A.B.S. Factoring AG

Last year, the average payment period for invoices for invoices of  Swiss companies was 34 days. In particular for SME, the trend towards ever longer payment terms is a major challenge. The constant struggle for sufficient working capital ties up resources and inhibits the pace of growth. Thus, Swiss SME are increasingly interested in factoring solutions. The figures of the factoring market clearly show the rising importance of factoring as an alternative to traditional credit financing.
